Arrange each module parts and standard parts according to a reasonable process, and assemble them into a qualified vehicle according to the specified technical requirements and quality requirements.

The final assembly conveyor line is composed of conveying equipment, transfer equipment and related auxiliary equipment, and the final goal is to assemble the vehicle for corresponding layout. The layout of the conveyor line has a decisive effect on the efficiency and logistics of assembly. Affected by investment planning and site, a variety of process layout methods have been formed. Common layout forms mainly include T-shape, T-shape, L-shape and so on. The conveying line mainly includes three main lines of interior decoration line, chassis line and final line and six sub-assembly lines of powertrain, front suspension, rear suspension, instrument, car door and tire to meet the process requirements.
