Ground Shallow Drag Conveyor

The ground shallow drag conveyor has the advantages of small investment, flexibility and convenience, and simple maintenance. It is widely used in trucks, agricultural vehicles, buses and parts transportation.

Assembly equipment mainly includes the following categories:

-Assembly production line: PBS, interior trim line, chassis line, finish line (including light inspection of final assembly)

- Subassembly line: door line, chassis subassembly line (front axle subassembly, rear axle subassembly, engine subassembly/motor subassembly), instrument subassembly line, these subassembly lines can be separated from the main line according to the layout of the workshop .

- Large-scale transmission lines: seats, tires, front protection, rear protection, instruments, front and rear windshields, sunroofs, according to strategic planning requirements, the route of large-scale transmission lines needs to pay attention to the intersection with the main line and workshop columns.

-Inspection line: including WAHA (four-wheel alignment and headlight inspection), drum, brake, chassis inspection, auxiliary driving calibration, reversing auxiliary calibration, these calibrations are determined according to the requirements of each model.

-Automatic robot: front and rear gear gluing/installation, triangular window gluing, sunroof gluing/installation, tire installation (according to demand), instrument installation (according to demand), powertrain assembly (according to demand)

-AGV

- Dispensing trays

-Tools: electric tools, air tools

- Assist hand: sunroof, seat, wiring harness, instrument, tire, high torque stun gun

- Tooling (signage, turntable, oven, temporary struts, car body protection)
