In the production link of the automobile manufacturing assembly
workshop, the automatic operation and transfer of the body or parts

conveying equipment. The main components of the production line

plate chain line, skateboard line, AGV, EMS, roller bed and roller
table.
(1) Components of production line conveying equipment—product chain
The product chain is a comprehensive space transmission system. The
accumulation of items in the accumulation chain can not only
realize the transportation and transmission of parts, but also
solve the transportation problem of complex materials. The main
structure of the product and release chain includes: conveyor
chain, load carrier, spreader, driving device, tensioning device,
track system and backstop, which are usually used in PBS lines and
chassis lines in automobile manufacturing and assembly workshops.
The advantage of the accumulation chain is that the cost is low and
the technology is stable. The disadvantages are high noise, high
energy consumption, slow line speed, low space utilization and poor
flexibility.
(2) Components of production line conveying equipment - friction
line
The friction line realizes the assembly line system of workpiece
conveying through the friction between the bearing medium and the
power device. It has a variety of forms, mainly including: air
friction, ground friction and skateboard lines, and is mainly
composed of spreaders, driving devices, spreaders, anti-skid chains
and turnouts. The advantages of the friction line are good running
stability, easy maintenance, low noise and good flexibility, but
the disadvantage is high cost.
(3) Production line conveying equipment components - plate chain
line
The plate chain production line is generally mainly used in the
interior decoration line, adjustment line, rainwater line and
assembly line of the automobile manufacturing assembly workshop. It
can be divided into two types of equipment, namely double board
chain and single board chain.
