line
The skateboard production line is mainly used in the interior
decoration line and final assembly line of the automobile
manufacturing assembly workshop. According to the whole line, it
can be divided into: linear skateboard line and rotatable
skateboard line. The advantages of the skateboard production line
are better running stability, reduced drive orders, man-machine
synchronization, and high safety production performance.
(5) Components of production line conveying equipment—EMS
EMS is mainly used in the chassis production line of the assembly
shop of automobile manufacturing, the storage and transportation of
door sub-assemblies, and on the dashboard. They are mainly composed
of trolleys (main car, auxiliary car), load beams, electric chain
hoists, aluminum alloy tracks, collectors, trolley lines, turnouts,
lifting systems and electric control systems. The advantages of
electric trolleys are compact structure and compact driving device,
which are suitable for low-speed transportation and high-speed
transportation. The downside is that they are less flexible.
(6) Components of production line conveying equipment—AGV
AGV is mainly used for chassis assembly stations in automobile
manufacturing assembly workshops. The advantages are that it can
improve the labor efficiency of employees, save labor, have a
beautiful and simple appearance, and have a high degree of
automation.
