Flexible trolley

The flexible trolley has the characteristics of intelligent positioning, reliable performance, easy control, good versatility, and can adapt to multi-platform and multi-model switching production. It is used for flexible positioning of the body-in-white welding production line.

At present, the common trolley needs manual operation to switch the positioning unit during the model switching process, which adapts to the small number of models, low production cycle and low degree of flexibility. Compared with the existing technology, the flexible trolley developed by our company uses a lockable cylinder to complete the turning of the positioning unit, and adopts the in-position locking form of a middle-sealed valve and a plunger to ensure that the position of the positioning unit remains stable; it is equipped with cylinder motion sensing and Workpiece in-position detection and induction, automatically detects the switching state of the positioning unit and whether the workpiece is in place; configures the electrical automatic docking device to realize the automatic supply of trolley electrical; the servo drives the positioning unit to move arbitrarily on the slide rail, and when it reaches the set position, Clamping is achieved by shutting off the air.

Main technical parameters: two-axis linkage; 4 platform model switching; switching cycle 6 seconds; load 600kg; repeat positioning accuracy ± 0.1mm; servo drive; electromagnetic brake; pneumatic locking.
